The Huron University College Faculty Association (HUCFA) formerly the Huron College Faculty Association represents all Huron faculty and has a constitutional mandate to “promote the well-being of the College and the professional well-being of the members of the Association and to assist those members in their professional relations within the College and to regulate relations between the members as employees and Huron University College as employer, including but not limited to the establishment through negotiations of salaries, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment.”


HUCFA certified as a union with the Ontario Labour Relations Board in February 2019 and represents all teaching staff at Huron. HUCFA is a member of both the Ontario Confederation of University Faculty Associations and the Canadian Association of University Teachers.
